Curo Travel
premium airport conciergeA zero-authority luxury launch, made content-complete by a content system that runs on AI.
Curo Travel sells a premium airport concierge product across a network of international airports — launched on a brand-new domain with zero rankings and no crawl history. We didn't just write pages; we built the system that produces them: a luxury-editorial design system, reusable SEO and structured-data infrastructure, a rebuilt blog renderer that makes content machine-extractable, and an AI content pipeline that wrote all 64 remaining airport pages from scratch — unique, fact-grounded, on-brand. 68/68 airports content-complete, and we're still building.
Every one of our 68 airport pages went from thin boilerplate to unique, on-brand content — the credibility a four-figure product needs, built to be found in search and AI.
Where we started
Zero authority. New domain, 0 organic rankings, no crawl data to build on.
Thin, duplicative content. Only 4 flagship airports had bespoke content; the other 64 URLs rendered identical boilerplate — thin and a ranking liability.
A latent bug. Airports without a database row returned “Airport not found,” so most airport pages never showed their static content at all.
What we did
Strategy first. A full 247-keyword content strategy on DataForSEO data — 140k+ monthly search volume identified at an average keyword difficulty of ~15, across five content pillars with ten prioritised quick wins.
Rebuilt the marketing pages. Airports, Services, Pricing, Corporate and Blog redesigned to a luxury-editorial design system, then hardened for search and AI discovery.
The heavy lift — all 64 remaining airports, written from scratch. Unique, fact-grounded editorial (~2,100–2,400 words each), correct locale conventions, every meta title and heading unique. Result: 68/68 airports content-complete, zero boilerplate, zero “not found.”
Reusable SEO + AI-SEO infrastructure. Absolute Open Graph images, AggregateRating JSON-LD, and a blog renderer upgraded for tables, internal links, TL;DR and sources blocks — so content is machine-extractable by Google and AI assistants.
Social proof. A reusable TrustStrip (4.9 rating / 2,000+ reviews) and mini-testimonials placed across service, airport, pricing and blog pages.

Phase 1 turned a zero-authority launch into a content-complete, AI-discoverable site — but the real asset is the system behind it: reusable components, structured data and an AI content pipeline that make Phase 2 faster and cheaper. We're continuing to build it with them.
